persephone(textA) and a Golden Tragedy(textB) both characters lost something important, but the two stories have different themes. The theme for text a is perseverance. The text states that Zeus asked to bring back the sunlight. Demeter only cared about her daughter. The theme for texB is loyalty. The text states that the king lost all that made him wealthy but gained something more precious. He was willing to give up his wealth to have his daughter. TextA and textB are different but have alot of simelariteis.

Persephone(text A) and a golden tragedy(text B)both characters lost something important, but the two stories have different themes . Text A and Text B are the same because Demeter cared for Persephone and King Midas cared for Penelope. The two stories are different because Persephone ate something while she was gone and Penelope didn't eat anything while she was a golden stachue. This is how Text A and Text B are compare and contrast.

Persephone (text a) and A Golden Tragedy (text b) both have characters both lost something important, but the two themes are different. This is how two characters lost something.Text A states he reached out with one strong arm and swept her into his chariot.Text B states Penelope froze in her loving embrace as still as a statue. This is how it effected the people who lost Penelope or Persephone. Text B states King midas was very sad because his daughter had turned to gold. Text A states that Zeus pleaded with Demeter to bring back spring. This is how they got back the things that they loved. Text A states that Zeus ordered Hades to give back Persephone but before she left she ate four seeds from the underworld but nobody had ever told her that if you ate food in the underworld you would have to stay there forever so she had to stay in the underworld for four months one for every seed. Text B states that the King went to the wizard for another wish but the only way to make his daughter alive was to give up his palace and his wealth and he did so his daughter was unfrozen and they lived in a cottage. This is how Text A and Text B are different and alike.

Persephone (text A) and A Golden Tragedy (text B) both have characters who have lost something important, but the to stories have different themes. Text A states that Hades reached out with one strong arm and swept Persephone into his chariot. Hades took her to the under world away from family and friends. People think family and there friends are very important. The theme is preseverance Demeter (Persephone's mom) is never giving up to get her daughter back, Persephone is never giving up hope to get out of the underworld, Hades is never giving up to get a wife, and Zeus is never giving up to get spring back. the text B states Penelope froze in a loving enbrace stiff as a statue. King is sad that his only daughter Penelope is no longer alive. The King now does not have a living daughter. The theme is loyalty because the King lost all that made him weathy but gained somthing more, his daughter. he was willing to give up his weath to have his daughter back. This is how text A and textB are similar and different.

Persephone (text A) and A Golden Tragedy (text B) both characters lose something important but both have different themes. This is why they are alike. In text A Hades took Persephone away from all her family and friends, without asking her. And Demeter ( Persephone's mom) looked for her and didn't let plants and crops grow because she was looking for Persephone. And in text B King Midas asked a wizard for the golden touch. And the wizard did as he was told but warned him. When the king came back he turned the eggs to golden eggs as his daughter Penelope asked him to. Then Penelope hugged king Midas and she turned into solid gold thanks to the golden touch. This is why they are different. They both have different themes, text A theme's is perserverance because when Persephone was in the underworld she didn't give up hope that she would come out. And in text B the theme was courage because king Midas gave up all his riches and gold for his daughter.

The text states that in a Golden Tragedy the king loses something that is very important to him. He loses his daughter because he turned her into gold. The text also states that Persephone lost all that was beautiful and went a lot to her. Those tell you about how these stories are alike. Booth charecters in both books gave up or lost something. The text states that these stories are diffrent because the charecters had diffrent problems and diffrent themes. Theme for Pesephone:Perserverince. Theme for a Golden Tragedy: loyalty. As you can see both books are diffrent and alike!!!
